TERMS

Jan-Can's Terms are set forth in an Agreement which should serve as a Standard Operating Procedure and Guideline of the relationship between web designers and their clients.  The Agreement is downloadable (viewable and printable) in Microsoft Word (.doc) format and in Text (.txt) format.

NOTE:  I do not always require a written/signed Agreement, as the United States' General Business Laws and Copyright Laws are in place to protect my interests.

However, I do request that you review the terms set forth in the Agreement as important facts relative to payment and to copyright are set forth therein:

1)  Agreement (downloadable in .doc format) (which will open in Microsoft Word)
2)  Agreement (downloadable in .txt format) (which will open in Notepad)
3)  Agreement (downloadable in .pdf format) (which will open in Adobe Acrobat Rdr.)

Lastly, Jan-Can Web Dezine will gladly and promptly forward to you, upon your request, a "hard copy" of said Agreement for your preliminary review and for informational purposes.
